His foundational years as a journalist instilled in him a deep appreciation for storytelling, which he successfully transitioned into photography upon migrating to Australia in 2008. In 2013, he established Westend Photography, initially from his garage, which has since flourished into a leading studio recognized for its exceptional corporate branding and personal imagery. His accolades include a Silver Distinction at the Australian Professional Photography Awards and recognition in Capture Magazine for his outstanding work.

As the founder of West Plus Media, Imran has expanded his entrepreneurial endeavors to encompass Westend Photography, Westend Business Hub, Westend Digital, Westend Plants, and Westend Podcast. This multifaceted approach has allowed him to serve over 5,000 individuals and 500 companies, significantly enhancing their branding efforts and contributing to the local economy.
